Jay Hatfield Motorports in Joplin is seeking a dynamic and motivated Motorsports Sales Manager to join our team in Joplin this role you will lead and drive the sales of our motorsports products delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and growing market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge training and support to sales staff.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management preferably in motorsports or automotive industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Must pass a drug screen (THC not tested for employment)
