Package
Base Salary of $75k-$85k per year - paid monthly
Monthly performance bonus
The better you are at your job the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.

What Youll Do
Leading daily operations for water mitigation fire restoration and contents cleaning
Managing technicians and crew chiefs
Scheduling crews and overseeing job production
Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
Monitoring job documentation equipment usage and timelines
Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners
Developing and mentoring production staff

Restoration industry experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems
A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon drivers license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year
