Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of initiatives within Daikin Studio the organizations digital innovation and product delivery hub. This role builds on the established Scrum delivery model and expands responsibility from team-level execution to program-level leadership coordination and outcomes. The Digital Program Manager is accountable for ensuring multiple cross-functional teams deliver in alignment with strategic priorities business outcomes and enterprise expectations.

The role will focus on executing complex digital programs across platforms applications and data solutions ensuring alignment between product engineering and business stakeholders while driving predictable value-focused delivery strong cross-team coordination and measurable business outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.

• Daikin Studio operates as a product-oriented digital delivery organization
• Programs span multiple teams typically including:

• Product Owners / Managers
• UX & Design
• Engineering (front-end back-end platform)
• QA and supporting partner teams

• Work is iterative dependency-aware and highly collaborative
• Delivery requires coordination across:
  • Business stakeholders
  • IT and enterprise technology teams
  • External vendors or partners

• The Program Manager must balance Agile delivery practices with enterprise governance program visibility and outcome accountability.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan execute and deliver digital programs across platforms applications and data solutions
• Translate strategic priorities into program roadmaps milestones and delivery plans.
• Ensure delivery of measurable business value improved customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee execution across multiple concurrent initiatives within the program

Cross-Team Coordination & Dependency Management

• Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams and shared services
• Identify track and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
• Facilitate program-level alignment (e.g. roadmap reviews planning cycles Scrum of Scrums if needed)
• Resolve blockers that extend beyond individual team or Scrum Master scope

Planning Governance & Financial Management

• Define and manage program scope objectives timelines and success metrics.
• Track program financials including budgets forecasts and resource allocation.
• Ensure programs are delivered within scope schedule and budget constraints
• Establish and maintain program governance and reporting standards

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the central point of coordination across Product Digital Data and Business leaders
• Provide consistent transparent program reporting (status risks metrics outcomes)
• Align stakeholders on priorities timelines and delivery expectations
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Risk Issue & Change Management

• Identify assess and manage program-level risks issues and dependencies
• Drive mitigation strategies and escalate when needed
• Manage changes to scope schedule and priorities in alignment with business needs

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Apply Agile Hybrid and Predictive delivery practices to optimize outcomes
• Ensure alignment with Scrum team execution while enabling program-level visibility
• Leverage delivery metrics and insights to improve speed predictability and quality
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and program structure

Tools & Ways of Working

• Experience with program and Agile tools such as:
  • Azure DevOps Jira Microsoft Project Smartsheet or similar.
• Comfortable operating in:

o Agile (Scrum) Kanban and Hybrid delivery environments

o Complex dependency-driven enterprise programs

• Strong use of collaboration tools (Teams Miro Mural SharePoint).

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 4 6 years of experience in digital program or project management
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional digital initiatives
• Strong capability in:
  • Scope schedule and resource management
  • Dependency and risk management
  • Stakeholder communication and alignment
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience

• 8 years managing complex multi-team digital programs.
• Experience in digital product platform or data-driven environments
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
• Program or project management certifications (PMP PgMP Scrum etc.).
• Prior experience in innovation studios digital factories or product-centric orgs
