Position Summary
Shining Stars Montessori Academy PCS seeks an experienced educator to serve as Primary Instructional Coach (PK3Grade 2). As a member of the Academic Leadership Team this role supports Guides/teachers in delivering high-quality Montessori instruction aligned with early childhood development foundational literacy and independence-building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Primary Guides through observation modeling co-planning and feedback cycles
• Support fidelity to Montessori practice classroom environments and work cycles
• Guide implementation of early literacy (including ARC) and numeracy foundations
• Monitor student progress and support data-informed instruction and interventions
• Collaborate with Student Support ELL and leadership teams to ensure differentiation and inclusion
• Lead and facilitate professional development and teacher onboarding
• Support family education and engagement around Montessori philosophy

Qualifications:

• Bachelors required; Masters preferred (Early Childhood or related field)
• Montessori Primary Certification strongly required
• 5 years teaching experience; coaching/leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning
