As a3D VisualizationAssociate atALO you willassistthe Architecture and Store DesignTeamon3D modeling anddeveloping retail store is growingfastand we are looking for an individual with an elevated aestheticexcellent at what they do andwho can thrive in afast pacedenvironment.

Job Requirements:

• Work with the Architecture and Design Project Managers to planand build 3Dmodels for new store designs.

• Update andmaintain3D modelsand 3D standards library.

• Prepare3D models andrenderingsoftwareforcreation of 3D content for store designs.

• Assistin the development of schematic designs.

• Set up andmaintain3D conpresentation sheets for internal and external review.

• Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness.

• Ensure renderings meet brand standards and incorporateall visual components.

• Assistthe team in ensuring thetimelyexecution of assigned projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a Bacheloror Masterss Degree inArchitectureInteriorArchitectureDesignor related field.

• 2-4min.years ofarchitecture/design experience ideally in the retail field

• ProficiencyinAutocad Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite AI Visualization tools

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication(both verbal and written)

• Able to adapt to changing priorities

• Strong relationship management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong production technical and research skills

• Ability to prioritizein order tomeet deadlines

• Knowledgeof construction

• Passionate self-starting intelligent dedicated efficient

• Enjoys both taking responsibility and team collaboration

• Passion for both the big picture design ideas and the details

• Sustainable building practice experience preferred LEED AP is favorable

The base salary range for this position is $85000-$110000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. As such on occasion and when applicable there is the possibility that the final agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the companys total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses long term incentives a PTO policy and many other progressive benefits.
