About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK creative agency producing brand campaigns for retail and FMCG clients a UK-based employer to hire for this role. They manage campaigns from strategy through to final production working with major supermarkets and household product brands and they run roughly 60 simultaneous projects at any time.

The role

Youll coordinate project delivery across the agencys portfolio keeping timelines on track briefs up to date and stakeholders informed. Working with account managers and creative leads youll manage project schedules in Asana track budgets coordinate external suppliers and chase approvals to keep creative work moving.

What youll do

• Manage and update project timelines and task lists in Asana
• Brief and coordinate external freelancers and production suppliers
• Track and report on project budgets against estimates
• Chase approvals and feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare status updates and weekly project reports for account managers

What youll need

• Experience coordinating projects in an agency events or production context
• Highly organised with strong attention to timeline and detail
• Comfortable with project management tools (Asana Monday or Trello)
• Clear proactive communicator you keep everyone appropriately informed
• Good async written communication

Nice to have

• Experience in a creative or marketing agency environment
• Familiarity with budget tracking tools or agency management software
