Our client is an economy company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Lead and deliver projects end-to-end: Translate business ideas into clear execution plans including goals timelines budgets and ownership.
  

• Be hands-on in execution: Actively work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  

• Keep projects on track: Run weekly check-ins remove blockers align stakeholders and ensure accountability against key milestones.
  

• Measure and report impact: Define KPIs build simple tracking dashboards and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders (including the CEO).
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution.
  

• Manage resources effectively: Forecast budgets track spending and allocate the right resources (people tools) to deliver outcomes.
  

• Validate new opportunities: Conduct quick research competitor analysis and pilot tests; make clear go/no-go recommendations.
  

• Build scalable playbooks: Develop and standardize processes (templates checklists SOPs) to improve speed and consistency for future initiatives.
  

• Anticipate and mitigate risks: Proactively identify potential issues develop mitigation plans and escalate with practical solutions when needed.
  

• Successfully launch 12 priority growth initiatives on time and within budget.
  

• Achieve agreed pilot KPIs and demonstrate measurable impact.
  

• Establish a practical PMO toolkit (roadmaps templates reporting frameworks) that is consistently adopted by the team.
  

• Build strong operating rhythms with functional leaders and key external partners.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 4 years in PMO Project Management Operations Consulting or fast-paced startup environments with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
  

• Execution excellence: Strong planning prioritization and problem-solving skills; ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans and drive hands-on execution with attention to detail.
  

• People & communication skills: Strong facilitation negotiation and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  

• Data & tools: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g. pivot tables lookups basic modeling).
  

• Domain knowledge (preferred): Experience in Entertainment New Media Creator Economy/Commerce or Digital Marketing.
  

• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English.
