Sourcing pitching and signing new brand partners across multiple sectors
Managing and growing existing partner relationships
Building your own pipeline through proactive outreach and negotiation
Securing strong commercial deals aligned to TLCs reward strategy
Delivering partnerled campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Client Services
Leading and mentoring junior team members
Optimising costs and driving profitability across agreements
Spotting trends and partnership opportunities to fuel innovation
Who were looking for:
Confident dealmaker with strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in partnership or brand partnerships roles
Experience leading or supporting junior team members
Organised proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Commercially minded relationshipdriven and solutionsfocused
