Our client a large and rapidly expanding premium motor group is seeking ambitious Financial Managers to join their growing team across multiple locations within Cape Town.
Whether you are newly qualified with approximately 1 year post articles experience or an experienced dealership Financial Manager looking for your next challenge this opportunity offers genuine growth exposure and long-term career potential.
This is not simply a numbers role we are looking for commercially minded individuals with personality drive energy and the desire to build something bigger.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Managing month-end processes and financial controls
Supporting operational and strategic business decisions
Monitoring profitability and performance metrics
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Partnering closely with operational management teams
Contributing to business growth initiatives and continuous improvement
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification advantageous
Candidates from approximately 1 year post articles experience considered
Motor industry / dealership exposure advantageous but not essential
Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
High energy levels and a proactive mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ambitious driven individuals wanting long-term growth
