This is a high-touch role where youll be a trusted advisor guiding prospective guests through extraordinary itineraries and helping them select the trip that best meets their needs.
What the job involves
Conducting consultation calls with prospective guests across multiple time zones
Developing personalised proposals tailored to guest preferences and physical ability
Advising guests on the most suitable itineraries for their needs
Managing sales across multiple product offerings and supporting upselling opportunities
Maintaining strong relationships with guests before during and after travel
Collaborating with the administration team to ensure seamless booking and trip preparation
Serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their entire experience
Managing direct and trade enquiries across multiple brands and itineraries
What you need to be considered
Strong consultative sales ability with an advisory approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with luxury clients and high-end travel
Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple itineraries and cross-selling opportunities
Comfort working across multiple time zones
Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town
Bonus points if you
Have experience in luxury hospitality or expedition travel
Have worked in a high-touch advisory sales environment
Have a genuine passion for adventure travel or luxury experiences
Have experience managing both direct and trade markets
