Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial greeting to final sale
• Listen to customers needs and match them with the right Honda to fit their lifestyle and budget
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; well train the right person
