Help Desk Support (Level 2)
Austin TX (Onsite)
Overview
Seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 2) professional to provide technical assistance and operational support for end users. This role will focus on troubleshooting system support and maintaining IT service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for 50 200 users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Manage and update support tickets and service requests
- Support user account management (Active Directory/Azure)
- Perform system setup upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Assist with IT operations and day-to-day support activities
- Configure and support email VPN and remote access tools
- Document issues resolutions and system updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of experience in:
- Windows 10 administration
- Active Directory & Azure user administration
- Microsoft Office / O365 support
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
- Ticketing systems and issue tracking
- VPN password resets and user support
- Outlook SharePoint and mobile device support (iOS/Android)
- Network basics (patching connectivity)
- Basic SQL/database knowledge
