• Diagnose repair and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Audit systems for leaks malfunctions and water-efficiency opportunities
• Install new irrigation systems system components smart controllers and advanced irrigation technology
• Repair upgrade and expand existing irrigation systems
• Communicate professional recommendations to clients for repairs and improvements
• Evaluate residential systems using our SES sales process and commercial systems using our CSA sales process
• Complete work orders accurately efficiently and with a high standard of workmanship
• Use phone or tablet to document work performed materials used and recommendations in our CRM
• Operate company vehicles tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Keep company vehicles tools and equipment clean organized and stocked
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with other technicians and office staff

• Are able to work in our Palm Beach and Broward service areas
• Enjoy diagnosing irrigation system issues and solving problems
• Take pride in delivering high quality workmanship
• Are motivated by sales and production bonuses
• Want to continue developing your technical irrigation skills
• Enjoy working outdoors and improving irrigation system performance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems controllers valves and wiring
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex irrigation issues
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
