1. Procurement Management
Ensure the implementation of the companys purchasing strategy through the supervision of the purchasing team.
Identify the companys technical supply needs and monitor supplier and product markets.
Manage sourcing activities to identify new suppliers alternative products and cost optimization opportunities.
Prepare and manage calls for tenders and specifications for suppliers and service providers.
Analyze supplier proposals and negotiate commercial conditions including prices delivery terms and service levels.
Ensure that the purchasing team selects and communicates the most suitable offers to internal stakeholders and subsidiaries in accordance with internal procedures and deadlines.
Supervise the creation and follow-up of purchase orders to suppliers in line with negotiated conditions.
Manage procurement activities related to new products from participation in technical specifications to sourcing supplier qualification negotiation and contractualization where necessary.
2. Supplier Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the companys panel of technical suppliers.
Ensure proactive management of supplier performance with the objective of securing supply competitiveness and service quality.
Organize periodic evaluations of suppliers and products (audits performance reviews satisfaction surveys) in collaboration with the Purchasing and Quality teams.
Identify improvement opportunities with suppliers and implement corrective or development actions when necessary.
Manage supplier claims and disputes and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
3. Logistics & Transport Management
Oversee the organization and coordination of transport activities related to product deliveries and supply flows.
Ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of transport providers and logistics partners.
Monitor logistics performance in terms of delivery reliability lead times and transport costs.
Contribute to the optimization of logistics flows in order to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Supervise the supply of internal and external warehouses and ensure product availability.
Monitor and optimize stock levels for all product references to balance service level and inventory costs.
Coordinate and organize annual inventory operations for external storage locations.
Ensure accurate stock data and relevant information are maintained in the ERP system.
5. Performance Monitoring Systems & Continuous Improvement
Implement and monitor dashboards and key performance indicators related to purchasing logistics and inventory management.
Provide regular reporting to management on departmental performance and key activities.
Participate in the implementation and effective use of Supplier Relationship
Management (SRM) tools in coordination with the Group Operational Efficiency Expert.
Maintain and supervise departmental documentation in line with the companys Quality Assurance and ISO 9001 requirements.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain performance and operational processes.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects involving procurement logistics and supply chain activities.
