Job Description:

• Professional Experience: 9 years of experience in graphic design with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating visually stunning designs across various mediums.

• Creative Vision: Strong conceptual and creative skills with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a creative design team to achieve excellence in design deliverables.

• Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and other relevant design tools.

• Brand Awareness: A deep understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency while adapting designs to different marketing channels.

• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.

• Beauty and Wellness Enthusiast: Passion for beauty and wellness trends and the ability to infuse this passion into design concepts.

• A degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
