2. Floor Refilling & Inventory Management

Ensure timely replenishment of products on shelves and display areas.

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams for replenishment.

Minimize stock-outs and ensure optimum product visibility.

Conduct regular floor walks to identify gaps and replenishment requirements.
-
Support stock audits and inventory accuracy initiatives.
3. Billing & Checkout Operations
-
Supervise billing counters and ensure smooth checkout processes.
-
Monitor cashier performance and adherence to billing procedures.
-
Ensure accuracy in transactions cash handling and payment reconciliations.
-
Address billing-related customer queries and issues.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
4. Team Management

Lead and motivate floor associates and cashiers.

Conduct shift briefings and allocate daily responsibilities.

Monitor team productivity and service quality.

Support training and development of store staff.
5. Customer Experience
