Tasks

• Coordinate the recruitment process including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
• Manage employee records and handle administrative tasks like payroll and benefits administration.
• Provide support for employee relations issues and help resolve workplace conflicts.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of experience in HR roles preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee databases and reports.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
