• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases social media and other platforms.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
