• Decide the best print approach and estimate projects in company ERP system.
• Convert estimates to jobs and create job jackets supervise order details through the entire production process.
• Work directly with account contacts on project and art file approvals.
• Work in partnership with Account Managers; responsible for deadlines and deliverables for multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Work independently while maintaining great communication across the sales team and team members in other departments.
• Be a team player dealing effectively respectfully and professionally with co-workers in other departments.
• Consistently problem-solve to ensure clients receive outstanding service support and solutions that demonstrate an understanding of company business objectives.
• Be highly proficient at understanding navigating and using company ERP/estimating system across all relevant business functions.
• Organize and file project files and job samples electronically and physically.
