Position Role: SO2 Pers provides desk level lead across the Personnel Line of Operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Written and verbal briefs on Personnel issues; routinely to 1* and as required to 3*.
2. Develop the relationship and represent SJC amongst the community of interest on pers related matters with Army HQ Land Forces and SJC subordinate formations.
3. Advise and represent the SJC position on current Personnel policy specifically; Discipline Conduct and Service Complaints G1 Warfighting at scale health and well-being workforce policy and personnel digitisation functions across SJC.
4. Manage the generation delivery and operation of specific Personnel projects within SJC.
5. Deliver assurance of Personnel casework including monitoring delay and management of conduct cases referred to Comd SJC.
6. Develop Personnel directives and guidance within the SJC Command Plan and deputise for SO1 Pers as reqd.
7. Secretary for SJC DCOS Cabal responsible for delivery monitoring & assurance of J1 4 6 & 9 activity across SJC. 8. Support the prep of the Comd for qtrly PPO Committee and other Army level meetings as necessary.
