Job Summary

Position Role: To facilitate Combined Arms Staff and Tactical Trg in a constructive/simulated environment up to and including fmn level as the CSS SME.

Responsibilities:
1. Observe and provide critical analysis of command and staff procedures from BG to Corps level; adopting the lead SO2 role as directed.
2. Enable and inform as a Log/CSS expert after action reviews and formal training analysis reports providing a development pathway.
3. Provides advice and assistance to maximise benefit of delivered collective training for the training audience and their higher formation.
4. Be prepared to assist in the development of all Log/CSS doctrine representing CSTTG at LWC level.
5. Support the development of the Tactical Estimate and associated doctrine.
6. Site lead for Log/CSS innovation and development projects. Liaison with equipment sponsors and on-site contractors.
7. Line manager and 1RO for Facilities Manager
