Job Summary
Position Role: Manage all Defence Training Estate (DTE) outputs for LWC. Support delivery of optimisation projects within the LWC Estate
1. Manage Defence Training Estate work within HQ LWC working to DCOS LWC as Chairman of the DTE Working Group.
2. HQ LWC liaison to DIO RD OS&Trg Industry Partner(s) and other Defence Stakeholders.
3. Support delivery of DTE strategy work for HQ LWC in line with DTE SB direction.
4. Assist SO1 Optimisation with development and delivery of the LWC generated Land Domain Estate Development Plan (LDEDP) in support of the Land Training System (LTS).
5. Deliver improved urban training infrastructure and increased complexity of terrain for Combined Arms Manoeuvre (CAM) across the DTE and in support of the LTS.
6. Liaise with Fd Army Army HQ and DIO to identify changing capabilities plans and policy to ensure any impact on the DTE is addressed.
7. Generate User Requirement Documents (URDs) for new Training Estate capabilities and drive staff work to ensure delivery.
