Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Park Ridge
Supporting daily spa operations and front desk team leadership
Driving membership and retail sales goals
Assisting with scheduling payroll support and reporting
Monitoring spa performance metrics and team productivity
Helping recruit train and onboard new team members
Managing inventory and supporting product ordering
Ensuring outstanding client service and resolving concerns when needed
Has 12 years of sales customer service or leadership experience
Is highly organized and motivated by team success
Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Spa or wellness experience is a plus but not required
