Job Summary
- Oversees small to medium sized multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects may be a portion or phase of a larger project or program.
- Drives progress of the project including overseeing the assessment analysis planning implementation and evaluation. Manages work plan scope and aids in assessment of resource requirements in order to achieve desired outcomes and directs re-engineering efforts. Ensure that the project is achieving the expected business outcomes. Analyzes and documents processes procedures and outcomes to seek continuous improvement.
- Communicates collaborates networks with and acts as a consultant to key stakeholders/business partners / executive level leadership in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solution of significant issues and develops recommendation for leadership consideration. Competent to work all phases of the project with executive level leadership.
- Provides guidance direction and training to less experienced Specialists acts as a mentor to others.
- Acts as a change agent to advance the knowledge and use of project management.
- Required Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Preferred Masters Degree in related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience Related experience. Required
- Previous leadership/management/project management experience. Required
- Relevant industry standard certification in Six Sigma Black Belt Project Management Healthcare Management Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferred
