Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings
Identify and engage with potential clients through calls and emails
Support in proposal drafting and sales documentation
Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel)
Research and qualify new leads and opportunities
Coordinate with the Business Development team for meetings and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
Graduate from a recognised university
0.6 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative management preferably with pan-India responsibilities. Proven experience in managing office operations vendor relationships and budgets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems or other administrative software is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally.
