Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional who can convert leads into paying clients and drive revenue growth. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone confident in closing deals and handling client communication independently.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound and outbound leads into clients
Conduct client meetings presentations and product demos
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipeline
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing / IT Services sales (preferred)
- Self-driven result-oriented and confident personality
- Ability to work in a target-based environment
