Furn & Fen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to expand its footprint in the field of Home Automation CCTV Networking and Audio-Video Solutions. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting clients building relationships and closing B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and B2B clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Key Requirements
Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales (preferably in relevant industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within Chennai
Basic understanding of Home Automation CCTV Networking or AV solutions is an added advantage
