As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves leading the design development and configuration of custom software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring that the solutions meet the specified requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical efforts with business goals while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to promote alignment and transparency.- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver robust scalable solutions.- Ensure performance reliability and maintainability of application and data solutions through best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency Full Stack Development.- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.- Design develop and optimize enterprise level applications and data solutions.- Build and Core APIs to support scalable and high performance systems.- Develop and manage efficient ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).- Work extensively with SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data environments.- Apply strong data warehouse concepts to support analytics and reporting solutions.- Integrate applications with modern data ecosystems and platforms.- Experience with back-end development using C# and technologies.- Familiarity with database design and management including SQL Server.- Ability to implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
