Required Skills:
Qualifications & Skills Strong background in accounting and client-facing financial services. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with a high sense of urgency. Proven leadership experience managing bookkeepers or accounting staff. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable working in a fully remote cloud-based accounting environment. Tech-forward mindset with the ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly.
