We are looking for a Management Accountant / Business Analyst to own financial reporting management accounting and data analysis across a multi-entity multi-currency global manufacturing business. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation combined with the ability to work across multiple business systems to extract and interpret data. This role is critical for transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support reporting process improvements and informed decision-making across the group.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts variance analysis and financial reports across multiple entities and currencies.
- Conduct budgeting forecasting and financial modelling to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts balance sheet items and intercompany transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes in coordination with the Financial Controller.
- Analyze financial and operational data across accounting finance and HR systems to generate accurate reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and visualizations using Power BI Excel or similar platforms.
- Validate and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility reporting automation and financial visibility across the group.
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
- Bachelors degree in accountancy Finance or Business Administration with a major in Financial Management.
- 3 years of experience in management accounting financial analysis or a combined accounting and
- business analyst role.
- Strong accounting knowledge across general ledger reconciliations month-end close and consolidated reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills must be capable of building models and reports independently without reliance on automated systems.
- Experience working across multiple enterprise systems particularly finance and HR platforms.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools are advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating data insights into actionable information.
