Job Summary
Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional with Benefits

Job Description:
Minimum 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong experience in implementation AMS/production support
Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
Exposure to support HDL HCM Extracts OTBI or BI Publisher
Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR Benefits (Mandatory) Compensation
Configure workforce structures jobs positions grades locations and security
Configure benefits programs plans options rates eligibility profiles and life events
Configure compensation plans budgets awards and eligibility rules
Gather business requirements and create functional design and configuration documents
Support CRP SIT UAT go-live and postgo-live stabilization
Provide L2/L3 production support and manage Oracle quarterly release impacts
Support HDL data loads integrations and reporting requirements
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits
Experience with eligibility profiles and working knowledge Fast Formulas
Minimum 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
