Summary: This role is ideal for an experienced litigation administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven legal environment. As a Litigation Administrative Assistant you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts. You will play a critical role in managing filings coordinating case materials and ensuring seamless administrative operations within a high-performing legal team. What Youll Do:
- Draft format and proofread legal documents for civil litigation matters.
- Manage electronic filings in federal and state courts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and organize case files using document management systems (e.g. NetDocs).
- Track and manage discovery materials and support document production efforts.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings depositions and court deadlines.
- Assist with trial preparation billing time entry and administrative support tasks.
- Process docketing requests using systems such as VisionSQL and maintain calendars.
Experience Youll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation administrative support experience in civil litigation.
- Experience with federal and state court e-filing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management systems (e.g. NetDocs).
- Familiarity with docketing systems (e.g. VisionSQL) and legal billing processes.
- Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume work in a deadline-driven environment.
