Job Description
Summary: This role is ideal for an experienced litigation administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven legal environment. As a Litigation Administrative Assistant you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts. You will play a critical role in managing filings coordinating case materials and ensuring seamless administrative operations within a high-performing legal team.
What Youll Do:
Draft format and proofread legal documents for civil litigation matters.
Manage electronic filings in federal and state courts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and organize case files using document management systems (e.g. NetDocs).
Track and manage discovery materials and support document production efforts.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings depositions and court deadlines.
Assist with trial preparation billing time entry and administrative support tasks.
Process docketing requests using systems such as VisionSQL and maintain calendars.
Experience Youll Need:
Minimum 3 years of litigation administrative support experience in civil litigation.
Experience with federal and state court e-filing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management systems (e.g. NetDocs).
Familiarity with docketing systems (e.g. VisionSQL) and legal billing processes.
Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume work in a deadline-driven environment.
