Participate in patient care coordination and follow-up
Stay updated on medical best practices and internal medicine advancements
Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant license
Associate degree in a relevant field; Bachelors degree preferred
Experience in internal medicine or a related specialty
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Patient Population: Ages 18 specializing in geriatric care
Duties: Routine physical exams and health screenings sick visits treatment and management of chronic conditions same-day appointments immunizations and medication prescriptions and refills
Must be board-certified
