Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides essential office and dispatch support to ensure smooth daily operations of CR Plumbing Air & Electric. Working closely with the Office Manager and leadership team this role manages scheduling dispatching customer communications documentation and general office functions. The Administrative Assistant must be highly organized customer-focused and able to balance multiple priorities while supporting the companys mission and values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
Minimum 23 years in customer service or administrative support.
Strong computer and internet skills including MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
Highly organized with strong planning skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Self-starter proactive flexible and adaptable to change.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support CR Plumbing Air & Electrics vision and mission statements and adhere to all company policies.
Demonstrate proficiency with CR Plumbing Air & Electrics Protocol Book and Price Book.
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
Schedule and dispatch work crews trucks and equipment according to customer needs and company schedules.
Relay information such as work orders and service updates to customers and internal leadership.
Prepare and organize daily work schedules work orders and job-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer requests completed jobs expenses inventory and service charges.
Assist with customer service inquiries and escalate issues to the Office Manager or leadership as needed.
Collaborate with the Office Manager and internal teams on business strategies and reporting.
Assist with scheduling meetings events and social media account updates.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees must be able to stand sit and reach with fingers hands and arms while using office equipment and technology in varied workspaces. Employees must be able to hear and communicate verbally while simultaneously performing administrative and dispatch activities. Employees must be able to see close up at a distance. Employees must be able to lift carry push and pull up to 25 pounds.
