The Company is seeking a Field Sales Officer who will drive sales by engaging directly with customers building strong relationships and ensuring product availability.
This role is critical in achieving sales targets increasing market share and professionally representing the company in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients retail outlets and distributors to promote and sell products.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Monitor competitors pricing and market trends providing timely insights to management.
Ensure proper stock levels and product display at retail points.
Collect customer feedback and report field challenges to the Sales Manager.
Participate in marketing campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
Submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
Comply with company policies procedures and ethical standards.

Key Requirements
OND/HND/ in Business Administration Marketing Accounting or related field.
1 year experience in field sales preferably in FMCG retail or consumer goods.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently in the field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay ranges from N100k - N120k Monthly net commission transport and airtime allowance

Key Requirements 1 year experience in field sales preferably in FMCG retail or consumer goods. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently in the field. Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
