Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax returns.
- Assist with GST/HST filings payroll taxes and other routine submissions.
- Support basic tax planning to help reduce tax liabilities.
- Stay updated with Canadian tax rules and regulations.
- Review financial data to ensure accurate tax calculations.
- Handle basic tax notices and communicate with authorities when needed.
- Use accounting software like QuickBooks Xero and CaseWare.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate with the team to complete tasks on time.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Canadian taxation & accounting
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws CRA regulations and compliance
- Experience with T1 T2 GST/HST and payroll tax filings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Xero CaseWare TaxCycle or similar software
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)

Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Experience in international taxation.
