Salman Traders (Solar Industry) is actively looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who can manage complete financial operations efficiently. If you have strong accounting skills hands-on experience and want to grow in a fast-paced business environment this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Bookkeeping

• Record all sales purchases and expenses
  
• Maintain cash book bank book & general ledgers
  

2. Receivables & Payables Management

• Track customer payments & outstanding balances
  
• Manage vendor payments
  
• Follow up on overdue receivables
  

3. Inventory / Stock Control

• Maintain accurate stock in/out records
  
• Perform physical vs system stock reconciliation
  
• Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
  

4. Banking & Cash Handling

• Perform bank reconciliation
  
• Monitor cash flow cash in hand & bank balances
  

5. Invoicing & Billing

• Generate sales invoices
  
• Maintain proper transaction documentation
  

6. Financial Reporting

• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements
  
• Track weekly & monthly financial performance
  
• Provide insights to help management make decisions
  

7. Tax & Compliance

• Handle Sales Tax / GST returns
  
• Prepare data for Income Tax filing
  
• Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations
  

8. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Monitor company expenses
  
• Suggest cost-saving strategies
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
  
• Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 23 years preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
• Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
  
• Taxation (Sales Tax / Income Tax)
  
• Inventory Management
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Accounting Software
  
• Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
