About the role
Be part of a team providing vital payroll service delivery to over 4000 employees at the hospital.
Report to the Payroll Services Team Leader and be part of a team of 7
Ensure high accuracy in accordance with health service policies and industrial frameworks
Act as a key point of contact for a range of internal stakeholders across the hospital
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality of payroll service delivery
Work flexibly with 2 days working from home each week

About you
Experience working in an internal payroll team in a complex high-volume environment
A friendly attitude coupled with strong analytical skills
Exposure to CHRIS 21 or similar payroll system
Exposure to an automated time and attendance system preferably Kronos or similar
Experience with Health awards/agreements or worked in an area with complex award conditions across multiple agreements
