NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership operational expertise and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred). The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes and monitoring compliance.
Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management:
- Optimize daily pharmacy operations ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.
- Implement and manage processes to improve workflow efficiency reduce redundancies and enhance accuracy.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Operations & Workflow Management:
- Optimize daily pharmacy operations ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and implement quality control measures to reduce errors and improve service delivery.
- Work closely with leadership identify and address compliance issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Required: 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
- Preferred: Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g. long-term care correctional mail order).
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication abilities.
