Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating audiology services within a healthcare facility audiology clinic or hearing center.Does this position require Patient Care Yes
Essential Functions
-Provide strong leadership to the audiology team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Recruit train and supervise audiologists technicians and administrative staff.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for professional development.
-Ensure staff compliance with regulations policies and ethical guidelines.
-Oversee the provision of comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
-Develop and implement audiology service protocols and procedures to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
Education
Masters Degree or Doctor of Audiology Degree required

Licenses and Credentials
Audiologist State License - required
Experience
Experience in audiology practice preferably with some years of experience as a licensed audiologist 3-5 years required and Experience in a leadership or supervisory role 2-3 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of audiologists and support staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of audiological principles diagnostic techniques and treatment options for patients of all ages.
Proficiency in performing audiological evaluations interpreting test results and developing appropriate treatment plans.
