RN Director of Operations

Village Caregivingis seeking aRegistered Nurse/Director of Operationsto join our team. This position involves providing leadership and oversight for our caregiving services in theAlbuquerque NMarea as part of the nations largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can-do attitude a friendly demeanor excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide support to our clients in their homes. We have offices in over 60 cities and nearly 20 states!

• $5000 Sign-On Bonus
• Salary range: $80000.00 - $90000.00 per year paid semi-monthly (plus bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of caregiving services
• Oversee and support a team of caregivers
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Coordinate client care plans
• Participate in hiring and training of staff members
• In-home assessments as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

This is anon-skilled role with one-on-one home visits.
