Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learner needs and collaborate with SMEs to design and develop effective learning solutions
  Conduct needsâanalysis discussions with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
  Plan design write and edit instructional materials including eâlearning simulations guides tutorials and assessments
  Coordinate and manage instructional design projects using ADDIE
  Maintain and update training content to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with business goals
  Develop supplemental learning assets such as job aids infographics and other multimedia resources

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Technology or related field
  Instructional design experience in eâlearning inâperson and blended learning
  Experience applying learning frameworks and ADDIE
  Understanding of adult learning principles
  Experience with project and stakeholder management
  Background in Energy Corporate L&D Healthcare or Higher Education preferred
  Experience with Co-pilot and AI add-on for Articulate 360 preferred

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency with Articulate 360 Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (portfolio required)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in virtual conferencing platforms (Webex Teams)
Ability to develop and maintain instructional materials including multimedia simulations and eâlearning
Ability to manage project plans timelines and documentation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.
