Senior Staff Consultant,Product Owner, Observability

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7.5 years
- Observability tools such as New Relic Splunk and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of observability pillars: logs metrics and traces.
- Proven experience in Product Management with roadmap ownership and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work with distributed systems microservices and backend architectures.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and modern observability frameworks.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system data anomalies and trends.
- Excellent communication collaboration and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Experience in driving adoption of tools processes and observability practices.
- Ability to define MVPs run experiments and make data-driven decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and execute product vision strategy and roadmap for observability platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders engineering teams and leadership to align product goals.
- Understand user personas (developers operators) and address their pain points.
- Write clear user stories acceptance criteria and break down complex epics into deliverable tasks.
- Lead sprint planning and release management to maximize business value.
- Drive MVP discovery prototyping and validation of new features.
- Run experiments and analyze product performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Promote observability culture proactive monitoring and reliability practices.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate technical challenges into product solutions.
- Ensure observability solutions improve system availability reliability and customer experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
