About the Opportunity

As Head Coach you will provide comprehensive leadership across all program facets from recruitment and student-athlete development to program administration and advancement. Youll work within the frameworks of Lehigh University the Athletics Department The Patriot League and the NCAA to achieve mutually agreed upon results.

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $67270-$81830 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach tutor instruct and mentor student-athletes and coaching staff members
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
• Develop comprehensive student-athlete support programs including academic assistance
• Manage program administration and strategic advancement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with university conference and NCAA regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred
• Five to eight years of related work experience
• NCAA Certification required
• CPR/First-Aid Certification required
