We offer products across 35 categories 40000SKUs from 300 brands across Building Material Chemicals & Metals. We launched private labels in 3 categories : Tiles Ply and Bath ware. With a robust network of suppliers and transporters we have delivered to 4000 pin codes across 375 cities. Our customer base now spans top-tier EPC companies civil contractors real estate developers OEMs fabricators manufacturing companies dealers and retailers. We connect Sellers Buyers Logistics service providers Lending partners Payment solution providers on a unified digital backbone thereby creating end to end visibility and providing a B2C like fulfilment experience for the B2B ecosystem.

The evolution of B2B ecommerce is expected to mirror the B2C ecommerce journey where technology transformed discovery pricing fulfilment and customer experience at scale. Digital penetration today in B2B ecommerce is still under 2% indicating massive headroom for scalable digital-first platforms. We have built a unique Quote based Credit linked commerce journey that solves for the needs of B2B commerce with a diverse team that is a mix of deep industry expertise and experience of building complex technology platforms from the ground up. Job Purpose

This is a tech first digital venture and we are going to build a business first technology platform to power the business. The transformative nature of venture means that business disruption is going to be created at scale and technology needs to be the engine to drive the same. Key Accountabilities & Support Actions

Technology team building

• Know the team: Understand and leverage/ address the strengths weaknesses and risks with different teams and individuals
• Own vendor feedback and relationship
• Technology ways of working: Influence roll out and track adoption of technology ways of working

Technology delivery

• Aligning on major technology deliverables in collaboration with product and tech leads (incl. Vendor teams)
• Own SoW adherence change request and milestone completion with respect to vendor agreements
• Status reporting from teams/ vendors and reporting to leadership
• Own technology delivery risk management and mitigation
• Work with product business ops and tech teams to ensure coordinated and smooth technology roll outs
• Ability to handle miscellaneous co-ordination activities.
• Focus on status reporting of teams/vendors.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or other related field MBA preferred.

Ability to connect with people across teams & levels and carry leverage with soft influence.

Clarity of thinking and detail orientation

Agile flexible resourceful mindset along with a structured planned and detail-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

Familiarity with IT terminologies and preferably worked in the IT industry.

Worked with Project Management tools like JIRA MS Project etc
