Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage the final stage of the vehicle delivery process. This role involves coordinating with internal teams handling customer interactions and ensuring a smooth and positive delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process to customers.
- Coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams (sales finance registration service etc.).
- Communicate delivery updates clearly to customers.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and assist during handover.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (automotive industry is a plus).
- Experience in vehicle delivery operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
