Job Summary
- Support the Technical Customer Operations (TCO) team in daily tasks project deliveries and operational activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely support to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices to improve support processes.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to document information clearly and interact effectively with others.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and proactive.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure setting.
- Knowledge or experience with databases (SQL MongoDB) and programming (Python) is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a BSc in IT from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 shift schedule.
