Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales registration and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare verify and process documentation related to customer transactions and registrations.
- Support cashiering activities including handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of sales and registration activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents when required.
- Assist in preparing reports and updating records within internal systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Part qualification in AAT or a basic accounting qualification (mandatory).
- Previous experience in documentation administration cashiering or a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes will be advantageous.
