Compensation & Employment Structure
The position offers a base salary ranging from $110000 to $130000 annually with production-based bonus opportunities. Employment is structured as a W2 position with a 2-year contract term and a 120-day out clause.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
Providers are scheduled for 40 hours per week with flexibility to customize scheduling and the option to exceed standard hours if desired. Shift lengths range from 7 to 14 hours allowing for a range of scheduling preferences.
Clinical Responsibilities
The role includes management of a wide spectrum of urgent care cases including:
Suturing and laceration repair
Casting and minor orthopedic care
X-ray interpretation
General urgent care treatment
Occupational medicine services
Patient Volume & Flow
Patient volume typically averages:
3 to 4 patients per hour during slower seasons
4 to 5 patients per hour during peak periods
Patient Demographics
The patient population ranges from ages 4 to 50 with the majority between 18 and 50.
Technology & Workflow
The practice uses DocuTap an urgent care-focused EMR system designed to streamline documentation and patient flow.
