Job Description: Remote Chat and Email Support at Meyer Plastics Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide chat and email support to customers regarding plastic products and services offered by Meyer Plastics Inc
- Address customer inquiries concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving payment issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using chat and email platforms
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
- Experience in handling customer inquiries via chat and email
- Experience in the plastics industry or related field is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $25 - $29 per hour
